10 minutes in tanning bed per hour in the sun

It doesnt matter..they are both bad for you. The tanning bed places lie and say they block out the harmful rays that the sun gives off but its not true. Neither one of them are good for you.

Buy some jergens or vaseline intensive care with bronzer in it.
Reply:once your skin starts to crackle, you better turn over
Reply:it depends on the tanning bed thier are all different level beds so ur best bet is to consolt with ur local tanning salon...
Reply:When the process of indoor tanning is respected it can be more effective than tanning outdoors. Indoor tanners are exposed to a scientifically controlled dosage of UV light carefully formulated to tan you with a minimal risk of sunburn. That kind of control is virtually impossible outdoors, where variables such as seasonality, time of day, location, geography, and weather conditions make sunburn much more likely. Overall, the results and convenience of indoor tanning allows a year round healthy looking tan without concerns or prolonged exposure to the burning rays of the sun.
