Does anyone have those nasty brown spots on their face from tanning....how do you get rid of them?

Reply:Stop tanning? (when you're 40 your skin will be like leather - not sexy)
Reply:try exfoliating. It could be dead skin.
Reply:They're called freckles and I got them too. I dont think there's anything you can do to get rid of them, but to lessen your exposure to the sun, specially if you are not using a sun blocker.
Reply:see a doctor, some nasty spots might be a form of cancer, and uvr exposure is a risk factor for all but one form of skin cancer.
Reply:They are freckles and are very attractive! You could use a sunscreen or put milk on them at night.
Reply:You don't - You've permanently damaged your skin!!! The more you expose yourself the worse they'll get...and whilst you think you look great from tanning, the reality is if you've already got skin damage you probably look more like Pauline Fowler than a member of Girls Aloud!
Reply:that is sun damage and a sign that you shouldn't tan. stop tanning and use an over the counter microderm abraision kit. over time it will reveal new skin.
