Reply:To start you should use them twice a week for 6 minutes a time. After 3 weeks, go to 8 minutes twice a week. After 2 more weeks, 10 minutes twice a week. Then you should only go on once a week for 8 minutes to keep it up. Anyone thinking about going on for over 12 minutes needs a brain transplant, you will burn, and not be able to tan for at least a month after that. Don't be stupid and think you could go on for a longer period of time and cheat your skin. And you need an accelorator cream so that speeds your tanning up, so you don't spend more time than needed on a bed/stand up.
