I been using proactive solution for two weeks. Will proactive solution affect my face IF I tan in tanning bed?

Proactive makes your skin more acceptable. You might want to put sunblock on your face before tanning so you don't burn.

actually tanning MARGINALLY will help your complexion it dosnt sound great but what it dose is dry your skin a little and your not as oily.
Reply:Proactiv makes the skin sensitive to the sun.. I don't know about thoes lights but I would deff wear a lot of sunscreen when I go in
Reply:yes you might want to even use a SPF on your face and all places where you put proactive on.(very sensitive)

one of the product contains glycolic acic /AHA it exfoliates skin.you have to protect skin from the sun it might get burnt.or uneven tan
Reply:Yes you would probably get burnt if you don't use sunscreen.

The chemical in it makes it really easy for your skin to Burn, but if you use sunscreen on you face you should not burn(or if you use a moisturizer with SPF in it).
Reply:i don't know about tanning of course lol, but i would definetely use sunscreen...I know about getting sunburn ouch.
Reply:Tanning beds are as bad for you as tanning in the sun, if not worse! Both kinds of tanning may lead to skin cancer which can sometimes be removed with surgery, and sometimes leads to death.

Add to this the fact that Proactive solution contains many chemicals which can be harsh on some skin-types, and often will make skin even more sun-sensitive, and you have a recipe for disaster.

If you are very attached to tanning, I suggest buying a gradual chemical tanning lotion instead. It's safer and cheaper than tanning beds.
